30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Items for Return
Items that CAN be returned:
- Unworn clothing items with original tags attached
- Items in original packaging and condition
- Accessories that haven't been used
- Defective or damaged items received
Items that CANNOT be returned:
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Return Items

Step 2: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package your items securely with the original packaging when possible.
Step 4: Ship the items back to us using the provided return label or address.

Who pays for return shipping?
- Defective/Wrong items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchanges: We cover shipping for the replacement item
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $50 in value. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Amount:
- Full purchase price for eligible returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
- Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (unless item was defective)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same timeline as returns.
Exchange Process:
- Contact us to initiate an exchange
- Send the original item back to us
- We'll send the replacement item once we receive the original
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed in USD and converted by your bank.
