Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times start from the ship date, not the order date.
Order Issues & Support
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Contact us within 30 days of expected delivery
- We'll file a claim with the shipping carrier
- Replacement or refund will be issued promptly
- Photo evidence may be required for damage claims
